A. Soriano Corporation (Anscor) deeply regrets to announce the passing of Mr. Oscar J. Hilado, an Independent Director of A. Soriano Corporation (Anscor), on September 17, 2025.
On behalf of our Chairman, Andres Soriano III, Anscor expresses its profound respect and gratitude in honoring the life and service of Mr. Hilado, who had faithfully served as Director since April 13, 1998. He contributed significantly to the Company’s governance as Independent Director and as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Mr. Hilado’s professionalism, wise counsel and unwavering commitment, even amid personal health challenges, left an indelible mark on the organization and all of us who had the privilege of working with him.
